MJI TeamWorks incorporates a rule based event notification engine. This allows users to define which task, project or issue events they wish to be notified of and a preferred notification mechanism - email or SMS. In addition to event alerts, the document management system in MJI TeamWorks allows users to set alerts on documents and folders – thereby ensuring they are kept up to date with document changes and publication.
- Users can elect to receive notifications of key events in MJI TeamWorks
- Notifications provide users with rapid visibility of changes to resourcing, priorities, status or supporting information
- Users can decide if they receive notification by email, SMS or both methods
- Users can set default notification settings to be used when added to a new workspace
- Organisations can suppress user access to the different notification methods
- Users can be alerted about documents published to the Document Management System
- Alerts can be configured, thereby giving users notification of any changes
- Documents can be viewed at the time the alert is received or 'parked' for viewing at a later date
