The resource management module of MJI TeamWorks provides organisations with a powerful tool
for managing a pool of resources across a portfolio of projects. This allows organisations to
maximise their utilisation of resources and ensure they are deployed effectively.
Resources have individual profiles containing information such as skills, experience level, client
history, authorised absence and working patterns. Resource mangers are provided with powerful
search functions enabling them to locate resources based on profile matches and availability.
Reports and views enable organisations to review allocation and loading across resources and
projects. Long-range booking of resources to projects can be managed centrally. Resources are
provided with visibility of forthcoming project commitments.
